Now that summer’s here, and the days are longer, why not make the most of your mornings with an early yoga session. Unwind your mind while you improve your strength and flexibility. Forget about the world and enjoy the quiet for an hour.
Yoga classes are conducted at the Moses Mabhida Stadium People’s Park every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 6am to 7am. And no matter your age, size or fitness level, everyone is welcome.
Feel free to see what it’s all about. It costs R80 for a drop-in session, or R600 for a 10 class card, which is valid for 2 months.
Where possible, classes are held outdoors in the fresh air, but of course, all classes are weather permitting. The People’s Park does offer shelter from eventual rain, so please do come even if it’s raining.
Please bring your own straw or yoga mat.
