The Premier Soccer League has revealed that the final of the 2012/13 edition of Telkom Knockout will be hosted at Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium.

Mamelodi Sundowns will be contesting for the title of Telkom Knockout campions on Saturday, December 1, when they take on Bloemfontein Celtic in KwaZulu-Natal.

It will be the second consecutive year that the league cup final is hosted at the Moses Mabhida Stadium, with Orlando Pirates having clinched the title last season.

“I’m happy to announce that we have decided to take this final to Durban. I would like to thank the City of Durban for their cooperation during this process.

“Durban as a destination has always been good to us. Last year, we hosted a successful TKO final at the Moses Mabhida. We are hoping to replicate that success and break new grounds,” acting PSL CEO, Cambridge Mokanyane told the the league’s official website.

Sundowns have been drawn as the home team, which allow them preference on training times, playing colours and change rooms at the stadium.
