Moses Mabhida Stadium management acknowledges and apologises for the frustrations some fans encountered last night at the Manchester United vs Amazulu game. We have received feedback from some customers mainly raising the following concerns:-
- Certain Security stewards incorrectly advising people to sit anywhere;
- Customers refusing to move out of incorrect seats;
- Security not taking sufficient action to diffuse situations arising from incorrect occupation of seats.
Stadium management called a meeting today with the event organisers and contracted suppliers in order to discuss the issues raised by our customers as a matter of urgency and will conduct a full investigation. Further information will be provided following the outcome.
