This Sunday, The Discovery East Coast Radio Big Walk will once again bring people of all ages and walks of life together in an aim to promote general health & wellness.

The walk starts off at Ushaka Marine World and ends at People’s Park at Moses Mabhida Stadium. Unfortunately, registrations are now closed, so if you missed out this year, make sure you get somewhere with a view of the beachfront to watch the spectacle; or support your friends and family as they cross the finish line at People’s Park!

If you’re already registered and ready to rock the promenade, then good for you!

Keep updated with the latest news and happenings via ECR’s Facebook and Twitter.

While we are on the topic of health & wellness, here’s a reminder that the Spar Women’s Race date has been moved and will now be taking place on Sunday the 24th of August.

Remember folks, the People’s Park track is open everyday for anyone who wants to get some exercise time in. There is secure parking and enough space for the kids to keep themselves entertained whilst you get the blood pumping with a good workout!
