Durban’s beachfront just keeps getting better and better. One of the fairly “newer” additions to our front lawn is a little place called Bike and Bean. The concept is simple, yet very unique and that’s why it’s fast becoming one of the coolest spots to get your caffeine fix or just hang out on the weekend!
Grab a cappuccino, hire some bikes and hit the promenade for a breezy cruise down the infamous Golden Mile.When you get back, there’s a whole bunch of tasty snacks, sweets or sarmies to choose from. If you’re not keen on biking, they also have various beach equipment on hire, such as skateboards, umbrellas – even bodyboards!
Bike and Bean stands out with it’s beautiful ocean view, great service and creative decor, not to mention the coffee! They have a variety of bicycles, so you can double it up on a tandem, cruise on your own or take the kids with you!
