Kaizer Chiefs are bringing their CAF Confederation Cup first round match to Durban this Saturday, 15 December 2018. Amakhosi will face Elgeco Plus of Madagascar.
The Soweto Giants kicked off their CAF Confederation Cup campaign on a positive note when they beat Zimamoto 5-2 on aggregate. The upcoming game is expected to be an exciting one as the team will be without two of their players – Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Erick Mathoho. This is also Chiefs’ second game with returning coach Ernst Middendorp at the helm. Middendorp is on the bench for the first time in more than a decade.
