Time to buckle up, because this June, The Enchanted Playground Carnival is coming to Durban! A first in South Africa, the event will feature full size carnival rides, art installations and a myriad of costume clad performers fused with a live and electronic music concert.
This multidimensional entertainment festival and carnival experience will take place over 2 days, and will feature some of South Africa’s leading artists, bands and DJs, incorporating live and electronic music with cutting-edge production and sound design.

Age Limit: Saturday is open to all ages. Sunday will be restricted to patrons over the age of 18 years.

What can i bring to the event?
– Event ticket
– Picnic Baskets and Blankets (ground cover) are permitted (until 16H00)
– Original ID documents (not photocopies) are needed for access to bar facilities.

What NOT to bring:
– Please don’t bring anything in a glass bottle (even perfume) it will be confiscated if found
– Illegal substances
– Chairs or Umbrellas
– You may be searched at the entrance for any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner – which will be confiscated
– No portable laser equipment or pens are permitted.
– No unauthorised tape recorders, professional film or video equipment are allowed onsite. Cameras for personal use are welcome
– Flying or filming with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs, or so-called drones) is not allowed.
Funfair:
Please Note: No alcohol will be permitted inside the fun fair area. A zero tolerance policy will be applied.
Ride Responsibility:
There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. We expect riders to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the venue without a refund.
Ride Restrictions:
Safety is our number-one priority. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights, may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information will be available at the ride.
