South Africa is no stranger to awards shows, hosting the Metro FM Awards and the SAMAs every year. But, what about our local DJs? On 23 December, South Africa DJs will be honoured at the very first South African DJ Awards!
The aim of the event is simple: “to promote, reward, recognize and honour the musical DJs from the well-known to the ring stars of this music scene.”
The event will be an annual affair, giving all fans and artists a chance to come together and celebrate the music DJs produce. As it grows, the awards will be a hallmark event, and winning an award will be the epitome of success for DJs.
