The dates are set, the stadium is raring to go and this time around, the show is going to be faster and louder than ever before. Fasten those seatbelts, Durban! For the third year running, Top Gear is heading your way!

In less than 4 days, the entire Moses Mabhida Stadium precinct will be transformed into a petrolhead’s paradise, and will burn up the stadium tracks on 21 and 22 June. If you saw Jezza, the Hamster and Captain Slow in 2012 and 2013, there’s no doubt those stunts blew your mind. But this year’s going to be way beyond anything you’ve seen Top Gear do before!

Top Gear has one special offer left on tickets, and that it so you can treat your dad this Father’s Day to the greatest motoring day out ever! The discount is valid only for Sunday 22 June and for a limited time only, so if you want 20% off, then use the promo code GEARUPS420 when booking online. The Festival opens from 9am with a Street Circuit spectacular at 15h30and Top Gear Live Stadium performance with Clarkson, May, Hammond and The Stig at 18h30. Catch local celebs throughout the day – Jack Parow, Barry Hilton, Sureshni Rider, Sasha Martinengo to name but a few, as well as ALL NEW Time Attacks with the top 30 race car drivers in SA as they battle it out in the Elimination Rounds on Sunday afternoon.

This year’s stadium show, hosted by all three of the UK show’s inimitable presenters will be one of the highlights of the two day festival, and promises to be a breathtaking cocktail of stunts, supercars, special guests and challenges. The dynamic trio will pay special tribute to successive generations of revolutionary performance cars. They will also be celebrating their most chaotic and dangerous moments over the past 12 years by showing a brand new film – a world premiere of this montage and a must see for all Top Gear fans.

Recently leaked CCTV footage has also shown The Stig breaking into the Lotus F1 Team factory, hacking the computer system and redirecting the Lotus F1 Team car from the Austrian Grand Prix to Top Gear Festival Durban. Fans speculated online as to what The Stig was up to, and now they know: he’s going to drop it from a 120m high crane (with him behind the wheel).

So bring on the fumes and the flames, the speed and the noise, Top Gear is coming to blow you away!
