We’re thrilled to be part of the second installment of Cooling Off Sessions! This awesome event gives soul and jazz lovers the platform to share their interests, learn from one another and enjoy the music they love. We’re confident that we’ll all leave the event far more enriched!

The aim of hosting these sessions are:

  • Developing the arts
  • Providing a platform for sharing information on how to be successful in business
  • Promoting tourism
  • Providing a relaxed environment for hard-working working class people to cool off (distress)
  • Promoting social cohesion

This session will feature KZN-born musician, Mbuso Khoza! He’ll be performing live for everyone’s enjoyment. Following him, a host of Soul and Jazz aficionados will be keeping the beats going with some of their favourite tracks.

The organiser of the event, Mr Thuthukani Mkhize, said that they are “thrilled with the growth of this movement.  We are also grateful to the government of KwaZulu-Natal, as the Department of Arts and Culture has come on board as one of the sponsors.  The Cooling Off Sessions have found fertile ground as people were deprived of such good hangout sports.  We are promising our supporters that we will keep on improving to make sure that we meet their expectations,” said Mkhize.
